This likely refers to native lending on Arc, with built-in on-chain forex, and institutional-grade infrastructure that can integrate with traditional banking systems. Although there were rumors of Aave deploying to Arc, this type of institutional chain may not give public DeFi many opportunities in the future.

Nobody lends stablecoins at 1%. @aave V4 is splitting its markets by risk profile; this makes borrowing more competitive. But if you isolate risk properly, the safe pools end up with rates no rational lender will touch. I've been revisiting @Dolomite_io this week. It pools assets together but keeps individual credit lines separate; think Aave with a different risk model. The effect is sustained, organic demand for liquidity, because strategies like hedging through @GMX_IO need access to that shared pool. Which means lenders actually get paid. Some things you need to keep in mind: > Aggressive and illiquid collateral in one pool means bad debt risk is real > Rates stay competitive because the collateral mix is aggressive > Boost-driven yields on safer pools aren't a business model I'm planning to dig into GMX-based strategies built on top of Dolomite. Let's see what I can get from here.

I missed the best LP benchmark in DeFi. @JasonvuTech from @brownfiamm told me something I didn't know: @GMX_IO, the first perpetuals protocol to popularize revenue sharing, benchmarks its pools against @Uniswap v2. The outperformance charts are public and the gap is insane. I've been using the wrong reference point entirely. > I honestly don't know if there are structured products on top of GMX that hedge the 50% volatile exposure. Do you? BrownFi v2's original pitch was that LPs earned more than simply holding the underlying 50/50 pair. That worked well until October's crash, where it basically stopped. > BrownFi v3 is adding more customization layers with the explicit goal of competing against both benchmarks; not just v2 but GMX too. The benchmark was always there. I just wasn't looking at the right chart.

🚨 After a $292M exploit nearly broke Aave, the protocol is fighting back. A binding new risk framework just dropped: → $50K bug bounty floor → 3-verifier minimum on every bridge → Automated freeze guardians → Covers V3, V4, and Horizon https://t.co/9wKYObRCdg
