Last week, through the Welcome Day event, we met the 10 new collaborators who joined Team1 Korea, shared team1's vision, and together contemplated how to create a “good” community in Korea. Team1 collaborators are not merely ‘ambassadors’ who host events or promote Avalanche news. Rather, as the term ‘partner’ suggests, they add the team1 title to their own capabilities to pursue larger and more meaningful endeavors. Because they possess diverse skills, their roles vary. 🔺Growth – planning Team1’s expansion strategy 🔺DevRel – handling development and builder education 🔺Creative – producing creative content 🔺Research – digging deep into use cases 🔺External Relations – broadening Team1’s activity scope Going forward, Team1 Korea will: 🔺Identify community expansion opportunities that allow collaborators to grow with Avalanche 🔺Host meaningful events that deliver tangible impact 🔺Ultimately strive to set the standard for domestic Web3 & blockchain community culture.
