Halfway to target 🎯 $CRV

The issue with Curve llamalend v1 was that it only supported crvUSD, preventing a large amount of liquidity from entering the market—especially users who did not want to convert USDC to other stablecoins—so TVL stayed around $100 million. After v2 launched, it became a universal framework that supports any asset and adds support for Curve LP as collateral, still centering on soft liquidation, making it a full‑featured version. Soft liquidation is still unfamiliar to many users, but I think it’s a great innovation. For the market, it can basically avoid centralized chain liquidations. It turns liquidation into a range and breaks it into multiple small price bands. Imagine each band as an AMM: when a position enters the liquidation range, each band automatically sells collateral step‑by‑step into the borrowed asset. If the price recovers, the band reverses the process, effectively swapping your position back. Thus it can effectively prevent your position from being wiped out instantly and, after the price rebounds, return your collateral to you. This means you don’t need to monitor liquidation most of the time; you only need to watch costs and wear‑and‑tear, because the soft‑liquidation process inevitably incurs frictions (e.g., slippage and arbitrage costs). Consequently, borrowing costs may be higher than in normal markets. Additionally, this design uses an EMA oracle instead of instantaneous spot prices, so it is more effective against flash crashes and short‑term extreme volatility, reducing oracle risk. Overall, if this system is promoted effectively, I think some users will like it.
