the humanity protocol exploit post-mortem literally calls their token on BSC irrecoverable then how is it still trading at a $300m market cap? https://t.co/8cshpJnnVJ

🚨 HUMANTIY HACK - THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED! A staff laptop was all the attacker needed. Through this single computer he obtained three of the six keys of the multisig that controlled the ProxyAdmin of the #Humanity Protocol bridge. Three of six is enough. He transferred the ProxyAdmin to his own wallet, swapped the bridge contract for a manipulated version and withdrew 141 million $H in a single transaction. On BSC he performed the same process, but added a function that can mint indefinitely, and minted 200 million fresh tokens directly into his own wallet. The loot, about $36 million, has since moved into $ETH. And this is where it gets scary. Even if exchanges freeze and retrieve the #Ethereum‑side funds – the minting on BSC remains hard‑coded in the contract. No global freeze can pull out the freshly minted tokens. Anyone holding H sits on a supply that could be arbitrarily re‑minted at any time. A project that wants to prove who a real human is, aimed to be the trust layer of the Internet, valued at over $7 billion at its peak – and the entire bridge admin hinged on a multisig whose keys were accessible through a single laptop. Any serious audit would have marked this as a failure point. In the identity euphoria the market simply waved it through. $H was still at an all‑time high on June 2, fresh from a 291 % rally. Six days later, shortly before the next big unlock, over $1 billion of value vanished. The loss lands on retail. The biggest beneficiaries of the upcoming unlock would have been insiders anyway. Bad timing – or was someone holding the calendar? Tell me what you see. 👀 https://t.co/CJgR0cRoHK

MUST READ: A crypto project built to prove YOU are human lost $36 million because one employee laptop wasn't secured properly. Here's the full story of the Humanity Protocol hack: @Humanityprot was supposed to be the "trust layer of the internet" — scanning your palm to prove you're a real human, not a bot. Big idea. Big backing. $50M raised from @jump_, @PanteraCapital and more. On June 8, 2026 — an attacker got into one employee's work laptop. That single laptop had enough admin keys sitting on it to unlock both the @ethereum and @BNBCHAIN bridges. One laptop. Two chains. $36M gone. Wait, don't they use multisig? Yes. The whole point of multisig is that one device shouldn't be enough. Except... multiple keys were apparently backed up to the SAME laptop during setup. The system was fine. The humans using it were not. On Ethereum: attacker used 3 of 6 keys → took over bridge admin → upgraded it to a malicious version → drained ~141 million $H tokens in one single transaction. One. Few months ago "Humanity Protocol" launched a HUGE marketing campaign. They got 3.1M impressions and 100s of KOLs shilled it non-stop. Today, $H crashed -82% in a single day and the team says a private key got exploited. But almost no one is believing them because people haven't forgotten their past actions. If you're not aware, Humanity Protocol did one of the worst things at TGE. First project in my history where the founder was eligible for their own airdrop 💀 Now the question is: When almost everyone on CT knew their history, how did 100s of KOLs still promote this for months? And why? What would you do if their marketing team asked you to promote it while knowing their history? Would you promote it? This isn't just about this project. It's about many others like it. Should KOLs promote projects like this? I'm genuinely curious because this will happen again as there are many projects with shady pasts and shadiest actions. Asking this because if KOLs will boycott projects like this then un

Humanity Protocol incident is the same story we keep writing the post-mortem for: One compromised laptop > Safe keys > ProxyAdmin > malicious upgrade > unlimited mint. The vuln wasn't in the contract. It was in key management. Always audit the humans and the multisig, not just the code.

🚨 @Humanityprot exploited for $40M+ The attacker didn't find a bug in the code. They compromised 3 Gnosis Safe admin keys, took ownership of the ProxyAdmin, and silently upgraded the entire H token infrastructure across Ethereum and BSC, and managed to get 1,641,182,632 H tokens. Here's exactly what happened 🧵

I don’t buy the “just a hack” narrative. 🫡 The real issue: Humanity Protocol’s multisig design appears to have defeated the purpose of a multisig. • Ethereum bridge wallet: 3-of-6 multisig (requires 3/6 signatures) • BNB Chain wallet: 3-of-5 multisig (requires 3/5 signatures) But one individual was holding enough private keys across those setups to meet the signing threshold: → At least 3/6 keys on Ethereum → At least 3/5 keys on BNB Chain That person’s machine was compromised (cause still unknown). Result: • Hacker drained 17+ related wallets (holding, bridge, staking, etc.) • Dumped H tokens for ETH/BNB on DEXs • Minted an additional 100M H tokens on BNB Chain (~$11M value) • Immediately sold them, adding even more sell pressure Total losses: over $19M. What makes this especially ironic is that Humanity is building ZK-based identity verification technology—palm scanning that proves you’re a real human without exposing personal data. Yet the project itself failed to secure its own treasury architecture. A multisig where one person controls enough keys to authorize transactions undermines the security model from the start. And for a project focused on advanced security and identity infrastructure, the lack of stronger layered protections raises even bigger questions. 💀 What’s the bigger failure here: the hack itself, or the security design that made a single point of failure possible?

DON'T KILL YOUR MONEY ‼️ $H Do you want to make money? Then you will only be buying and selling the first 5-10 coins. The others will fire such candles and erase your entire balance. Even if you set a stop, the extreme volatility will blow it up and hit your target. There are still people who buy hoping for a comeback. Even if it only goes 5× from here, I only buy with the small profits I have made. #crypto #analiz #altcoins #H
