$TAO is at $207 right now. Down over 55% from its $500 peak. RSI just dropped to 34.49 on the daily. Getting very close to oversold territory. And the setup is getting more interesting by the day. Here is what the chart is actually telling you. The January 2026 low held at $175. Price recovered all the way to $350. Then sellers came back and pushed it down again. Now we are retesting that exact same demand zone for the second time. Second retests of major support are where the most asymmetric setups form. Either buyers show up and defend it again. Or they do not and the chart opens toward $140. Here is the part worth paying attention to. Two days ago RSI was at 36. Today it is at 34.49. Price is near the same level it was in January. But RSI is not making new lows at the same rate price is. That is a developing bullish divergence. Not confirmed yet. But strengthening every day. MACD is still deeply negative. No bullish cross. No histogram flip. Momentum has not turned on the daily timeframe. So here is the honest read. This chart is not a buy signal yet. It is a watch list setup getting tighter every session. $175 is the line every $TAO holder needs marked right now. If price holds that level and RSI confirms the divergence with MACD beginning to curl, the recovery toward $250 to $300 becomes one of the most compelling risk reward setups on the board. If $175 breaks on volume, this chart gets significantly uglier before it gets better. The chart does not care about the narrative. But the narrative has never been stronger, while the chart has never been cheaper. That gap does not stay open forever.

The problem they chose to attack is real and already has market traction: inference costs, edge AI, and local agents. The framing around distributed adversarial competition fits well with the Bittensor thesis. Execution, however, will be the filter. If they can build a system where optimization quality is measurable in a reliable and robust way, it could become genuinely useful infrastructure, especially for agent developers looking to run lightweight models locally. If the scoring ends up weak or dependent on generic benchmarks, it risks becoming another startup producing models that look good on paper but fail to matter in practice.
