The pitch is simple: borrow stablecoins against your LP, deploy them into higher-yielding strategies, and pocket the spread. In practice, two things kill the trade for most people: > Riskier collateral means more expensive debt. > Yields across DeFi have compressed, leaving a much thinner spread between borrowing costs and farming returns. I see this less as a yield tool and more as a hedging tool. Also, I think Revert suffered a hack some time ago, so I'd size positions accordingly. The more interesting angle is Predictive Allocations, launching alongside Aerodrome's Mainnet deployment next month. Bribes start flowing automatically to voters who commit to a pool. Yield differentiation happens immediately: good lockers get paid more, bad ones don't. When that arrives on Mainnet alongside LP collateral lending, the gap between users running structured positions and those randomly clicking will widen quickly. Aerodrome on Mainnet is the first v3,3 protocol with a good track record to launch on Ethereum in a long time. I'd keep a close eye on it.
