    There should be more outrage over the fact that just weeks after @AftermathFi got exploited for $1.14M, @HaedalProtocol has now been hacked for another $915K, yet the Sui ecosystem is practically silent. We've gotten so used to exploits that the playbook is predictable at this point: pause contracts, announce reimbursements, promise a post-mortem, and move on like nothing happened. Mysten Labs keeps shipping, but some of these founders are simply not serious enough when it comes to securing user funds. The chain can only do so much. We’ve reached the point where accountability has to fall on the teams building on Sui. If the ecosystem and these incompetent founders don’t raise their security standards, the probability of a much larger exploit increases with every new protocol upgrade and increase in TVL.

    Wu said that he learned that the Sui ecosystem's liquid staking protocol Haedal Protocol announced officially that it detected abnormal liquidity decline in a few Haedal Vault pools, and has temporarily paused the related contracts to investigate the cause and prevent further impact.
