1. How to use the IM Functionality?
- Search www.bitmart.com/p2p to enter P2P Trading.
- Click to initiate any buy or sell order.
- Use the IM feature on the right side of the screen to communicate with the seller and facilitate quick transaction completion.
2. What features does this IM functionality support?
- Instant message - You can edit and send messages to the counter-party during the P2P trading.
- Picture - You can send pictures related to the transaction to facilitate quick completion.
- Account info - You can send your account info to the other party for quick identity verification.
- Responses - You can send quick replies to the other party to enhance communication efficiency and expedite transaction completion.
