$FOBXX, the Franklin OnChain U.S. Government Money Fund, now assigned a ‘AAAm’ principal stability fund rating by @SPGlobalRatings.

**'AAAm' PSFR is based on S&P assessment of the creditworthiness of the fund's investments and counterparties, the investments' maturity structure, and management's ability and policies to maintain the fund's stable net asset value.
