Wu reported that Cap founder and CEO Benjamin issued an apology regarding the Stabledrop controversy, stating that the team had pledged an 1100 万 amount in February this year before the funding was fully secured, but due to market changes and ICO financing falling short of expectations, the final allocable amount was only 420 万. To prevent YT holders from suffering principal losses under the original plan, the team switched to a "principal-protected but not profit-generating" allocation principle, and said all wallets would be subject to the same rule.
