Security firm Blockaid said it detected that the Lumi Finance protocol on Arbitrum is under attack, with losses of about $270,000 so far. Alot of people treated Robinhood like another failed L2. But mainnet is already live now, and they process $1B volume in 24hours. That number makes it harder to ignore. Is $HOOD airdrop confirmed? Not yet, but if you want to position early, here's what I think you can do. Before that, look at the scale at which they are growing: • 27.7M funded Robinhood customers • $377B in total platform assets • HOOD sitting around $100B mcap • Built using Arbitrum • Testnet processed 200M+ transactions • Mainnet launched July 1 • Stock Tokens already live for eligible users • Robinhood Wallet now connects to the chain • $1M committed to Arbitrum Open House for builders The interesting part is what @RobinhoodCrypto is trying to move onchain. Which include Stocks, RWAs, Wallet usage, Lending, Perps, Liquidity and Developer apps. Basically, Robinhood is trying to turn its trading business into onchain finance. So the airdrop question here is not just “did you touch testnet?” The better question is: Are you using the chain in a way Robinhood would actually care about? If they ever reward anyone, I doubt random testnet participation will matter at all. Robinhood’s business has always been activity and volume. So the practical way to position is simple: - Set up Robinhood Wallet - Add/explore Robinhood Chain - Bridge a small amount if you understand the risk - Use available apps on the chain - Trade or hold Stock Tokens only if you’re eligible - Try lending or liquidity products carefully - Use Lighter through Robinhood Wallet if available in your region - Track new apps launching on the chain - If you build, join Arbitrum Open House and deploy something useful Basically, don’t just spam transactions. Use the products Robinhood is actually pushing and products latching on the ecosystem. That’s where the signal will likely be. Still, keep your expectation low. No Robinhood token is confirmed. No points are confirmed. No airdrop is confirmed. And Robinhood already has a public stock, so they don’t need a token the way most crypto projects do. But if they ever reward early users, I’d rather be seen as someone who used the mainnet properly than someone who only farmed the testnet and disappeared.
