1️⃣ USD.AI is a protocol that provides funding to AI infrastructure service providers, using a credit model backed by GPU infrastructure and cash flow from real assets as collateral.

In simple terms:
Instead of AI infrastructure providers having to raise capital by selling equity or diluting ownership,
USD.AI opens up access to non-dilutive financing,
or borrowing that does not require founders to give up additional equity.

2️⃣ For users, the project has main interesting assets such as
USDa
a stablecoin backed 1:1 by PYUSD.
It can be minted with PYUSD, USDC, or USDT.
Designed to hold value, not to provide returns.

3️⃣ sUSDai

The version that yields returns.
Returns come from two main parts:
One is capital that has not yet been lent out, generating yield through PYUSD.
Two is capital that is lent to GPU and AI infrastructure service providers.

4️⃣ And another token is ethereum:0x0c1c1c109fe34733fca54b82d7b46b75cfb71f6e, which is the utility and governance token of the protocol.

An interesting point of USD.AI is that the project does not just chase superficial AI trends but tries to become part of the industry’s infrastructure layer, connecting DeFi capital with real‑income assets such as GPU and compute infrastructure.
