Month 1 Vibestarter update 🏛️

We spent the past few weeks with specialist legal counsel, walking through the full product model. The goal was simple: make the platform defensible under MiCA before raises open. Their guidance was direct and we acted on it. Parts of how the platform operates have been reworked as a result.

The company side got concrete this earlier this week. Our business permit application filed with the Ministry of the Economy. Meeting held with the House of Entrepreneurship in Luxembourg. Our notary groundwork is underway, and the dialogue with the CSSF Innovation Hub continues.

Incorporation is on the horizon. Raises open directly after, both on @Base and @RobinhoodCrypto Chain. Our first Vibeathon is approaching it's conclusion and the first raises are shortlisted. Wave 1 will be plural.
