Bearish retest number 3 for $JTO!
Sellers are still in control.
Not looking great, to be honest!

Second bearish retest of the 4H EMA200 for $JTO and second rejection. 🤬
If bulls don't manage to reclaim this level quickly, things are going to get ugly here.

JTX might be Solana's best attempt at building another Hyperliquid???
JTX went live this week after more than 100,000 ppl joined its waitlist
who built it, what sits inside the app & where the product is going 🧵👇
→ what JTX is
→ who Jito is
→ the features inside JTX
→ the plan beyond spot trading
→ why ppl compare it w/ Hyperliquid
→ where JTO enters the story
▫️what JTX is
JTX is a self-custodial trading app built on solana.
you connect your wallet, trade directly from it & keep control of your funds, you know all that shit.
the app currently focuses on spot trading
it also supports RWA, including products linked to stocks & other traditional assets.
JTX pulls charts, orders, balances & portfolio management all taht into one interface.
▫️who Jito is
Jito is one of the main infra teams behind solana.
its technology helps validators decide the order in which txs enter a block
why i meantioned that is cause that directly affects how fast trades land, the price users receive & whether trading bots can jump in front of them.
Jito already built products such as its Block Engine, validator software, BAM & jitoSOL.
▫️the features inside JTX
beside all those normal order features (market, limit, etc, etc) there is a standout feature rn named SMART FILL
large orders can push the price against the buyer or seller.
Smart Fill splits that order into many smaller trades, giving the available liquidity time to recover between them... smart...
JTX also checks available prices again before the trade lands & can use a better route when one appears.
afterward, the trader gets a receipt comparing the result against major centralized exchanges.
▫️the plan beyond spot trading
spot is the starting product.
JTX plans to add:
i) perpetual futures
ii) prediction markets 👀
iii) more tokenized assets later.
Solana already has all of these pieces, although they sit across Jupiter, Drift, Phantom, memecoin terminals & other apps.
JTX wants to pull them into one place.
▫️why ppl compare it w/ Hyperliquid
Hyperliquid became huge by making onchain perp trading feel like a complete exchange.
JTX is trying to create that same type of home screen for solana.
it also gets access to solana's existing tokens, apps, traders & liquidity from day one.
the weak point is obvious rn: JTX's perps are still on the roadmap, while Hyperliquid already owns a big part of that market.
JTX needs working perps, deep liquidity & traders who return daily before the comparison becomes fair.
▫️where JTO enters the story
JTX hasn't announced a separate token.
the value link goes through JTO.
JIP-38 directs 80% of JTX platform fees to the Jito DAO, while the remaining 20% funds further JTX development.
the DAO's share is committed to buying JTO from the market & burning it until the planned Q4 2027 review.
JTX therefore gives JTO something HYPE already has: a direct link between exchange usage, revenue & the token.
don't forget to follow @raares & comment below
"JTX also gives JTO clearer value accrual, with 80% of its revenue expected to flow to buybacks. The flywheel is small today but scales directly with JTX’s success."
thanks for this wonderful piece on Jito's JTX Rerating @minnus.
