9.3K @Defi_princesss Trust is earned long before adoption. It starts with how you treat people's data.
Every new wave of technology promises to make life more connected, more intelligent, and more efficient. But somewhere along the way, we've become comfortable exchanging our privacy for convenience without asking what that trade-off will cost in the long run.
That mindset won't build the future Web3 was created for.
I've come to believe that the strongest blockchain ecosystems won't simply be the fastest or the loudest. They'll be the ones that empower developers to create powerful applications while giving users real ownership over their data and digital identity.
That's one of the reasons @OasisProtocol continues to stand out to me. As AI becomes more integrated into our daily lives, the ability to use sensitive data responsibly without exposing it unnecessarily is becoming one of the biggest challenges in tech. Building with privacy as part of the foundation instead of adding it later feels like the right direction.
For me, privacy isn't about secrecy. It's about trust, confidence, and giving people the freedom to participate in the digital economy without surrendering control over their personal information.

Off-chain servers.
Operators.
Some protocols have fewer trust assumptions than others, but they all have them.

Every time you replace a trusted party with something users can actually verify, the whole system gets stronger.
