A U.S. court has approved the prosecution’s schedule for a retrial of the Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm case, planning to rehear the conspiracy to launder money and conspiracy to violate sanctions charges this fall. The court has not yet ruled on Storm’s Rule 29 motion, which claims deficiencies in the prosecution’s evidence and legal theory and seeks to overturn his prior guilty verdict on unlicensed money‑transfer business charges. If the court grants the motion, the retrial process could be affected. (The Rage) https://t.co/sgLv2f4LF1
