1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in this Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions and additional terms, including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement.

2. The Activity announcement page is for displaying the activity rules only. To participate in this Activity and be eligible for the rewards, users must access the designated Activity landing page, click “Join Now”.

3. The maximum card bonus rewards per user under this campaign are capped at 100 USDT. Card bonus will be awarded based on the user’s actual transaction amount. Cancelled or refunded transactions will not be eligible for Card Bonus and will not be counted toward reward eligibility.

4. During the campaign period, LATAM new users who use their BitMart Card to pay for their first-month Amazon Prime or Netflix subscription may receive reimbursement via Card Bonus. The reimbursement only applies to the first-month subscription fee for an individual account. Family plans, shared plans, bundled plans, or any non-individual subscription plans are not eligible for reimbursement.

5. The 1.2x cashback boost applies only to eligible transactions completed within the first 3 days after the user successfully applies for and activates the BitMart Card during the campaign period. The additional 20% cashback generated from the boost will not be displayed in the cashback record in real time and will be manually calculated and distributed after the campaign ends. The regular cashback recorded by the system will be distributed between the 15th and 20th of the following month, subject to system rules.

6. All rewards will be distributed within 15 business days after the campaign ends. Rewards may be issued in the form of Card Bonus, USDT, or equivalent popular tokens. Rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Cashback and BitMart Card Bonus will be automatically credited to the user’s account and redeemed according to system rules. Expired BitMart Card Bonus cannot be reissued or extended once invalid.

8. If a user participates in multiple campaigns simultaneously, rewards will be issued based on the highest eligible reward tier only, and rewards will not be duplicated or stacked across campaigns.

9. BitMart reserves the right to cancel rewards for transactions that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or deemed invalid. Such transactions will not be counted toward campaign reward eligibility.

10. BitMart reserves the right to cancel the rewards or freeze any accounts suspected of fraudulent activities and reserves all rights for the final explanation of the Campaign.

11. BitMart reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this Campaign if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Campaign; or if a virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the campaign, as determined by BitMart in its sole discretion.
