Sometimes I think about this old Blast project called "Zap"
They sold soulbound boxes for $1000+ each
Made $10 million, all cash(!)
They were supposed to be a token launchpad but I don't think they actually launched anything
Blast didn't even give them any Gold
The boxes were a -100% loss, no utility at all
Even worse because you couldn't even sell them for a tax loss
Their team just made a lot of money for no reason and retired in Dubai or wherever
