1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in this Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions and additional terms including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement.
2. To be qualified for the Campaign, you need to click [Join Now] to join the campaign.
3. Eligibility: All users are eligible to participate in this event, except sub-accounts, market makers, API users, and institutional accounts.
4. Net deposit amount = Deposit amount to USD-M futures account - Withdraw amount from USD-M futures account.
5. Futures trading volume includes USDⓈ-M Futures, Coin-M Futures, and Copy Trading. The cumulative trading volume will be converted at a ratio of USDT:USD=1:1.
6. Futures trading volume generated from zero-fee trading pairs, futures bonus, futures fee rebate coupons, and stablecoin trading pairs will not be counted.
7. Campaign Rewards:
a. Futures Trading Bonus will be credited to your USDⓈ-M Futures account and are expected to arrive in real-time.
b.Daily event rewards will be distributed at 03:00 UTC on the following day.
8. Campaign related data and statistics are based on the UTC time zone.
9. Due to differences in language expression and translation, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancies.
10. Please note that the BitMart Futures service is not available for users located in, established in, or a resident of the following countries: Belgium, Crimea, Cuba, Hong Kong, Iran, Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of), Netherlands, Syrian Arab Republic, United States, and the so-called Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) or Luhansk People's Republic (LNR).
11. BitMart reserves the right to cancel the rewards or freeze any accounts suspected of fraudulent activities and reserves all rights for the final explanation of the Campaign.
12. BitMart reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this campaign if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason including, but not limited to, if fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Campaign; or if a virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Campaign as determined by BitMart in its sole discretion.
