1. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in this Campaign. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable BitMart terms, including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement.

2. Only transactions related to flight bookings, hotel reservations, and Airbnb payments are eligible for the promotions. Eligible merchant MCC codes include 3000–3299 (Airlines) and 3500–3999 (Hotels & Lodging).

3. Rewards may be distributed in the form of USDT or BitMart Card Bonus, at the sole discretion of the BitMart team.

4. Only successfully completed transactions will be counted toward the cumulative spending requirement. Refunded, reversed, or cancelled transactions will not be considered eligible. In the event of any order cancellation or refund, BitMart reserves the right to revoke any rewards previously granted.

5. Each reward tier for the Single Transaction Challenge can only be claimed once per user. Rewards for the same tier cannot be earned multiple times. The total reward pool is limited and rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Each user may receive the card application reward only once. If a user has already received a card application reward in any other BitMart Card promotional campaign, the reward will not be issued again under this campaign.

7. BitMart Card Bonus can be used for all payment scenarios (online and offline), but must be applied in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple purchases. Card Bonus is valid for a limited time and must be used before its expiration date.

8. Rewards may be distributed in the form of USDT, USDT-equivalent tokens, or futures trading bonus, and will be delivered within 15 business days after eligibility is confirmed.

9. BitMart reserves the right to cancel rewards or freeze accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activities, and retains the right of final interpretation of this Campaign.

10. BitMart reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify this Campaign if it cannot be executed as planned due to reasons including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factors that may affect the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign.
