BitMine, the largest corporate holder of Ether, moved closer to its goal of owning 5% of the token’s total supply after another purchase.
The company said on July 27 that it bought 9,946 Ether last week, lifting its holdings to 5,787,414 Ether. That amounts to 4.8% of the total supply.
BitMine has previously said it aims to hold Ether equal to 5% of the token’s total supply.
