Polymarket introduced last-minute technical clarifications that required public confirmation of the event before the deadline, ignoring that the regulatory document was published days later but validating the transaction within the set timeframe. The plaintiffs demand the payment of $1.00 per winning share and legal costs.
Now, Polymarket must answer before the state courts of New York, while the sector evaluates the impact this litigation will have on user trust in resolution oracles.
