Bridged BTC (NEAR Intents) (BTC)

I've mostly avoided any involvement in the BIP-110 debate, but the language/sentiment data I've explored is too interesting not to share.

One of the sentiment metrics I watch closely is "conviction".

This is basically measuring the amount of confidence in someone's language over time (gold line).

The inverse of this is hedging (blue line), which shows up when people are less confident or put more qualifiers around how they speak.

In the chart below, you can visualize the language data for these most active BIP-110 supporters I've tracked over the last four years.

Their confidence has fallen sharply.

This is in direct contrast to other cohorts I track, like MSTR investors, who (despite the negative price action) have actually been growing more convicted recently.

Interestingly, the lowest levels of conviction for this group happen precisely around the time that BIP-110 was officially proposed in October 2025.

So the takeaway IMO is not simply "BIP-110 folks are not confident they will succeed".
