The move comes after the @FederalReserve, @FinCENnews, @USOCC, @FDICgov, and @TheNCUA OFFICIALLY jointly PROPOSED new Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements for payment stablecoin issuers under the GENIUS Act. 👀

If adopted, @Ripple would be required to verify customer identities for $RLUSD under SAME rules already followed by U.S. BANKS and credit unions. 🔥
