Dear BitMart Users,
As part of BitMart’s ongoing compliance review and adjustment of its global service coverage, BitMart is conducting a further review of accounts that may be associated with users residing in, located in, or otherwise subject to the laws and regulations of the United States.
BitMart ceased accepting new user registrations from the United States in May 2022. However, our review indicates that a limited number of existing accounts may still be associated with U.S. users.
If you are currently residing or located in the United States, or otherwise qualify as a U.S. user under the BitMart User Agreement and applicable policies, please complete the following actions no later than 8/8/2026 23:59 PM UTC, which is 15 calendar days from the date of this notice:
- Close all open spot, margin, futures, options, lending, copy-trading, or other positions, as applicable;
- Cancel all outstanding orders;
- Redeem or withdraw assets from Earn, staking, lending, or other applicable products, subject to the applicable product terms;
- Convert or withdraw assets that may not be supported by your destination wallet or receiving platform; and
- Withdraw all remaining digital assets from your BitMart account to a wallet or platform that you control and that is legally available to you.
Effective immediately, identified U.S. accounts may be restricted from making new deposits, opening new positions, subscribing to Earn or other financial products, or otherwise increasing their exposure on BitMart.
After 8/8/2026 23:59 PM UTC, BitMart may further restrict the affected accounts, including suspending trading and other service functions, in accordance with the BitMart User Agreement and applicable law. Any assets remaining after the deadline will be handled in accordance with applicable law, the BitMart User Agreement, and BitMart’s compliance procedures. Additional identity verification, source-of-funds information, wallet ownership verification, or security review may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
If you believe your account has been identified incorrectly and you are not a U.S. user, please contact BitMart Support through https://bitmart.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new before the deadline and provide the requested residency and identity documentation. Submission of documentation does not guarantee continued access and will be reviewed in accordance with BitMart’s compliance policies.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the destination wallet or receiving platform is compatible with the relevant asset and network. Normal blockchain network fees, minimum withdrawal requirements, security controls, and compliance reviews may apply.
Eligible U.S. users who wish to continue accessing supported digital asset services may register separately with BitMart U.S., subject to BitMart U.S.’s eligibility requirements, identity verification procedures, applicable terms, and service availability in the user’s jurisdiction.
