I've completed my analysis of PRIME and voted YES. One thing to be prepared for (I misunderstood this at first): this is not a one-off. If it succeeds, it will likely mean some level of ongoing spending. Year one may be the largest — but that's not certain. And if it fails, there are mechanisms to stop it. Even so: for Cardano to win, growing DeFi users and usage is a precondition — and this is a well-aimed attempt, grounded in measurable KPIs.
