DFNS XDC Staking Support

@dfnsHQ now supports staking on the XDC Network, enabling institutions to stake and unstake XDC through the same custody and governance framework used for their broader digital asset operations.

The integration extends institutional infrastructure on XDC by combining staking with policy controls, transaction approvals, and secure asset management.
