PANews 10월 19일 소식, 블룸버그 보도에 따르면 JP모건(JPMorgan)이 예금 토큰 JPM Coin을 이더리움(Ethereum) 네트워크에 출시하고 기관 고객에게 개방한다고 발표했다. 해당 토큰은 달러 예금에 연동되며, 고객이 기존 수 영업일이 걸리던 것과 달리 연중무휴로 초 단위 이체 및 수금을 완료할 수 있도록 지원한다. JPM Coin은 지난해 처음 출시됐으며, 이전에는 코인베이스 연계 블록체인 Base에서 운영됐다.
