1. 100% Loss Reimbursement
- Users who were unable to close positions during the affected time period must submit Google Form by 00:00 UTC on April 13, 2025 to be eligible for compensation.
- Users who held perpetual futures positions during the abnormal period will receive 50 USDT futures trading bonus, to be credited to their futures account within two business days.
2. Compensation Distribution Timeline
BitMart will review submitted data and distribute the compensation to your spot account by 00:00 UTC on April 16, 2025. You can check the details under "Assets" > "Funding History" > "Spot History".
