It’s not some grand conspiracy under double secret NDA in order to keep retail from the truth… you folks just do not understand (or refuse to accept) the truth about what is (and is not) being built!

The model of a unified ledger discussed by the BIS and IMF is not a single dominating ledger but rather a reference to a network of ledgers and institutional legacy systems, unified by a chain/ system agnostic middleware, which can enable the "universal golden ledger"--a consensus, compute and orchestration layer that sits above and between any/ all chains.
