    ➥ Revenue-generating protocols = DeFi’s dividend era If DeFi 2021 was about TVL farming, DeFi 2026 is shifting toward real revenue and token value accrual. Protocols generate real fees, retain revenue and return value to tokens through buyback, burn or staking rewards. According to recent revenue data, top protocols are capturing most holder revenue, with the top 10 taking around 87% share. Projects with real revenue, transparent buybacks or fee-sharing should attract more long-term capital. I don’t think every revenue token will pump immediately, but this group has clearer value accrual than most of the market. btw, if DeFi comes back in a more sustainable way in 2026, buyback and revenue-sharing could become one of the strongest narratives behind it ↓
