The company announced on June 5 via PR Newswire that it has finalized the issuance price of its Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock. • Issuance size: 3,500,000 shares (an increase of 500,000 from the existing 3,000,000 shares) • Issue price: $80 per share • Total expected proceeds: $280M (approximately ₩3.8 trillion) • Settlement Date: June 10, 2026 (tomorrow) The Prospectus submitted by the company also specifies the Settlement Date as June 10, and if tomorrow’s customary closing conditions are met, the cash will be received.
