    Everyone in crypto says "don't trust, verify". Almost nobody gives you the means to actually verify. You get a claim that a proof exists, not a way to check it yourself, and checking usually takes access or tools you'll never have. OutLayer has done the opposite since day one. Every proof of what ran, where, and on what data has been out in the open, not a page we ask you to believe. Today we shipped the tool that convinces even the most skeptical CTO or CISO that none of it is a bluff. outlayer-verify is an open-source CLI that checks our executions on your own machine. No account, no key, nothing from our servers. Intel's root certificate is compiled into the binary, so we cannot influence the result. It confirms three things separately: the job ran inside a genuine Intel TDX enclave, the code was a build approved on-chain, and the signed proof is bound to your exact input and output. And it checks the real data, not just the hashes. For a blockchain call, the request and response live permanently in the NEAR transaction, so the tool reads the actual bytes back from an archival node and recomputes every hash itself. For an HTTPS call only the hashes are stored, so you either supply the payloads or use the wrapper mode that makes the call for you, captures both sides, waits for the attestation, and verifies on the spot. It even checks the Intel collateral as of the moment your job ran, not today. Intel only serves the current window, so we archive every version on-chain and the tool picks the one covering your execution. I posted about NEAR Email earlier today. You don't have to take our word that your inbox is private. You can read a message and prove, on your own machine, that the decryption ran inside a TEE and nowhere else, signed by a chain that traces up to the Intel root CA. Hand it to them and point at any of your executions. They don't have to trust a single word we say. They can confirm, independently and offline, that every job ran on genuine Intel TDX, under code approved on-chain, on exactly the input and output you have.
