    There is no incentive for Saylor to buyback STRC at this level The SEC filing is all about signaling I strongly doubt he's going to repurchase STRC above $70, I don't even think he would do it above $50. If he's selling BTC to buy STRC, then the chart that should matter is STRC/BTC. I don't expect this chart to collapse so I don't think it would be interesting for him to buyback STRC STRC is now basically a STRF-like pref that is floating, bringing it back to $100 is not that important anymore (*as the issuer that is focusing on limiting damage and not issuing more in the short-term*) because no one believes it must trade at $100 anymore

    $STRC is supposed to trade at a hundred dollars. Last week it fell to seventy four. Then Strategy lifted the dividend to twelve percent and the whole framework changed. Here is the breakdown by @BCheque1: "And of course you have STRC, the yield product which was sold recently to raise funds to buy more Bitcoin. Initially it was a nine percent yield, then it was increased to ten, then increased to eleven. They just kept increasing it. Now it's had to go up to twelve. Depeg is not the right word, but it should be trading at a hundred. That should be par. It went as low as seventy four last week, now back up to eighty two on the news that you're incentivizing a bit more on the yield side."

    my primary concern isn't Strategy insolvency it's major dilution of the common + misrepresentation of STRC to investors so trying to warn people of the risks which are very real which were not dominating the timeline like they are now when I started sharing them a month ago As unpopular as it might be, I believe informing people of those risks and advocating for healthy change in Strategy's structure will hopefully both help people out in the short term and benefit the industry in the long term

    The current yield on $STRC is 15%. That means to get the price back up to $100, Strategy must raise the dividend rate from 12% to 15%. That will increase its cash burn, forcing $MSTR to sell more Bitcoin sooner to maintain the new minimum U.S. dollar balance in its cash reserve.

    A few days ago at 73, 80 I bought 2 batches of STRC I didn't say it at the time because the market FUD was too severe. I also didn't want to say I bought under pressure. After all, investing is a personal matter. Many people trade based on Twitter sentiment, I can only say try to watch Twitter as little as possible I'd rather look at AI analysis, even if it's nonsense.
