Losses can be carried forward.
But the bill still hits you before you've realized a single euro in cash.

This replaces a system Holland's own Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional back in 2021.

The government's own admission: taxing unrealized gains was the "easier" option. Not the fairer one.
Even the coalition parties that voted for it are already asking for a switch to realized-gains-only by 2028.

That's not confidence.
That's damage control before the ink dries.

No other country runs a system like this at this scale.
Norway, Sweden, France, all saw capital leave when they tried similar wealth taxes.

The bill isn't final yet.
But the direction is already clear.

Plan accordingly.
