I just read an interesting point about $Ondo and a failed CLARITY act. Now on the surface the logic makes sense but Ondo does NOT benefit from that failure at least not directly. Let me explain... If the CLARITY Act fails, the damage would fall hardest on RWA companies that are still dependent on the United States for regulatory approval and distribution. Ondo is already operating across more than 30 countries. It already has the licenses, infrastructure, products, and relationships in place. I mean Ondo is literally already destroying it's competition. Clarity Act passes watch the fuck out. Ondo will melt faces as it reprices. But that Clarity Act passing is a LONG SHOT. How do I know this. The big banks who control just about everything in this country don't want it. It cuts into their bottom line (being brief). Say it fails, Ondo will be fine but not benefit. Regulatory failure does not suddenly make Ondo stronger. The advantage they will get will come from separation. While U.S.-bound competitors remain stuck, Ondo keeps expanding. The longer that continues, the wider the gap becomes in market share, distribution, liquidity, and institutional adoption. In other words, Ondo wins (in a way) because everyone else loses time.
