    privacy should not be a wealth tax. railgun takes 0.5% for shield and unshield, so a $10k round trip costs $50 before relayer fees. starknet's canonical privacy pool charges 4 STRK per action, or about $0.24 for the same two-action model at the july 11 price snapshot.
