    I just got back from the Proof of Talk conference in Paris, and I am feeling even more bullish about $TAO despite the current price action. There is now no question in my mind that Bittensor found PMF (manufacturing of valuable digital commodities at scale), and it is irrational for it to stay correlated with the broader crypto market in the longer term. I have also made my mind on what catalysts will break that correlation, which will make it easier for me to double-down when I see the pieces falling into place. Will share more detailed thoughts and findings from the conference over the coming days.

    The market is all red today. And this is exactly where most people make the wrong choice. They dump utility to chase stability in stables. They sell infrastructure to hold cash. They exit the builders and keep the hype coins because hype coins feel “safer” at lower prices. I have covered $TAO, $ONDO, $RENDER, $LINK, and $HYPE recently. And the pattern never changes. When the chart is red, the question is never “should I sell?” The real question is: what is still working underneath the price? $TAO subnets are still producing AI outputs. $ONDO is still settling tokenized real-world assets. $RENDER is still processing GPU compute jobs. $LINK is still feeding data to every chain that matters. Price is sentiment, utility is gravity. Sentiment moves in hours. Gravity wins over years. Utility over hype. Build over panic. Network over noise. The people who understood this in the red will not need to explain themselves when the chart turns green.

    The crypto industry is really good at building perfect solutions for problems that don’t exist. We need to move from building castles in the clouds to building products that solve real problems for real customers. One thing I’m seeing more and more within the $TAO ecosystem, and something that makes a lot of sense, is the use of design partners. Instead of building what you think the market wants, you start by finding a potential customer. You sit down with them, understand their pain points, and build a solution around their actual needs. You’re effectively designing the product together. That changes everything. You’re no longer guessing what product-market fit looks like. You’re building towards it from day one. To me, that’s one of the biggest shifts happening in the ecosystem right now.
