Wu said, Intersect's weekly update shows the Cardano van Rossem hard fork is only one vote away from approval by the Constitutional Committee (CC). If approved at the epoch boundary on July 13, it is expected to be executed on July 18. Intersect says that all readiness metrics required for approval have been met, with 92% of blocks in Epoch 642 generated by node version 11; on-chain voting shows Delegated Representatives (DRep) support at 75.36% and Stake Pool Operators (SPO) support at 52.43%, both meeting the thresholds, and the Constitutional Committee currently has 4 votes confirming constitutionality and still needs 5 votes to pass.
