For those in US asking how to get EVR. @GateHub issues an IOU of EVR that you can purchase with XRP on the XRPL DEX. You can then swap that Gatehub EVR for real EVR on Xahau via the @XamanWallet teleport. Or you can put the Gatehub IOU of EVR to work via the EVR AMM Pool on the XRPL. Volumes on the XRPL DEX far exceed those on our centralised exchanges.
