Look, say whatever you want, I'm the first to say the off‑chain infrastructure should be trustless and decentralised, ideally local to your machine. But every single dev that at some point wanted to build on Cardano has *at the very least* heard of Blockfrost. If a new dev comes, their first question is "what is the most web2 way to get access to the chain?" "Blockfrost" is the first answer. Not having Blockfrost means making onboarding developers orders of magnitude harder than it already is. Pass the Blockfrost proposal.

I'm happy for @strikeperps but at the same time a little frustrated with Cardano. $ada holders and Dreps don't see the value in giving Strike a loan. One of the most profitable dapps on Cardano. Go figure.., a loan. With interest to help replenish the Treasury. Meanwhile an outsider said "here take my money" This allows strike to trade "25 billion ADA in annual trading activity" Is it on chain? No But V1 was and you didn't use it because fees were high and chain was slow. You can't have a world class Dapp on Cardano until Leios, USDM(USDCx)/CNT dex pools, babel fees are here maybe Midgard too. At least this brings other people into our ecosystem. The team has done it again. People don’t realize how hard it is to secure $1M, especially coming from #Cardano. This shows they don’t just know how to build, they know how to get in front of the right people and make things happen. Big respect to @strikeperps team. More!!

I'm getting rather tired of every proposal saying if we don't get funded, we're shutting down. If Daedalus doesn't get funded I'll work on it in my free time even if I have to get a job outside of Cardano. There you have it, fund it if you want a team supporting, not out of fear.

JUST IN: #Cardano $ADA Founder Charles Hoskinson says "Cardano is getting Leios at the end of the year. We got a ton of wonderful things on governance. Things are growing by leaps and bounds, and now we have the bank the unbanked where it needs to be. Super exciting."
