🌍 Stablecoins Just Entered a New Era

Open USD (OUSD) has officially entered the market with support from 140+ global partners, including Visa, Stripe, Mastercard, BlackRock, Coinbase, Google, Shopify, and Stellar $XLM . XLM looks very good here.

You can clearly see Stellar attempting that first real expansion move while XRP is still compressed near the lows. As shown below, historically, these two have always been heavily correlated, so when one starts waking up aggressively, the other usually follows shortly after fairly quickly.

If XLM breaks out properly again this week, I genuinely think XRP could print a violent catch up candle very quickly after towards that ~$2 region.

Especially when you factor in the possibility of another major Ripple/XRPL or DTCC related news bomb dropping at any moment.

This decoupling between XLM and XRP just doesn’t feel sustainable much longer.

My gut feeling is the market is very close to rotating back into utility Alts again.
