Brazilian farm Fazenda Engenho Velho completed the first officially registered livestock asset tokenization collateral financing transaction on B3 (Brazilian Stock Exchange). The farm used 10 dairy cows as collateral to obtain a CPR-F agricultural credit certificate worth 100,000 Brazilian reais (approximately $19,400). Each cow’s health, behavior, and location data were collected via a Cowmed AI smart collar, generating a unique cryptographic digital ID that is bound to the loan contract, enabling digital management of the pledged asset. This model aims to reduce valuation discounts and manual verification costs in traditional livestock collateral financing. Cowmed states its system currently covers about 100,000 cows across Brazil and other countries, and plans to promote roughly 20% of these animals as tokenized collateral assets within the next two years. $SPCX is reportedly turning away bookings for dedicated Falcon 9 launches beyond 2028 and has stopped taking future rideshare reservations as it bets on Starship. If Starship isn't commercially ready by 2028 then the shift could create a major launch capacity gap for $RKLB. https://t.co/SksQduZ9e0

For Whom the Bell Tolls We often say Cardano governance should not be about picking winners and losers. With only 8.6M ADA of projected NCL headroom remaining, that choice is becoming unavoidable. Important caveat: this assumes the two proposals currently in yellow also cross the threshold: 🔷 Real-World Payments — 4.0M ADA 🔷 Daedalus Maintenance — 1.8M ADA If either fails, more headroom becomes available. Based on the current scenario, every remaining option that fits is: Single proposals 🔷 Enterprise Ticketing — 5.0M 🔷 Revised dOSPO & OMF — 4.1M 🔷 Global Order Book — 3.3M 🔷 Scalus 2026 — 2.5M Two-proposal combinations 🔷 Ticketing + Global Order Book = 8.3M 🔷 Ticketing + Scalus = 7.5M 🔷 dOSPO & OMF + Global Order Book = 7.4M 🔷 dOSPO & OMF + Scalus = 6.6M 🔷 Global Order Book + Scalus = 5.8M Does not fit ❌ Ticketing + dOSPO & OMF = 9.1M ❌ Blockfrost alone = 9.8M ❌ No three-proposal combination fits within 8.6M We are down to the wire here or are we?
