How long does a transfer take?
After the user initiates a transfer, it usually arrives within 2–3 minutes. The actual processing time may vary depending on the destination country/region, fiat currency, and receiving method.
How can I check the transfer status?
You can check the transfer status on the BitMart platform or in the Global Transfer order history.
What are the transfer fees?
Transfer fees may vary depending on the cryptocurrency, fiat currency, destination country/region, and service provider. The exact fee and estimated receiving amount will be displayed before you confirm the transfer.
Are there any hidden bank fees?
BitMart does not charge hidden fees. However, the receiving bank, e-wallet provider, or local payment network may charge additional fees depending on the destination country/region and receiving method.
Why is the actual received amount different from the estimated amount?
The final received amount may differ due to real-time exchange rate changes, network fees, service provider fees, or deductions by banks/payment channels. Please refer to the final amount displayed before order confirmation.
Does Off-ramp require KYC?
Usually yes, especially for large transactions or when a compliance review is triggered.
Why is identity verification required?
Identity verification is mainly required for compliance, anti-money laundering, risk control, and confirming ownership of the payment account.
Can I withdraw to someone else’s bank card or bank account?
Usually no. Most compliant service providers require the receiving account to match the KYC-verified user.
Which cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies, and countries/regions are supported?
Currently supported cryptocurrencies for transfer include: USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH.
Currently supported fiat currencies and countries/regions include: Nigeria (NGN), Mexico (MXN), Bangladesh (BDT), and Zambia (ZMW).
Supported assets, fiat currencies, and countries/regions may be adjusted from time to time. Please refer to the latest options displayed on the Global Transfer order page.
Why did the order fail?
Common reasons include: KYC not approved, wrong cryptocurrency, wrong network, amount mismatch, expired order, bank account mismatch, risk control rejection, or unsupported region.
Can I cancel a transfer after submitting it?
Once a transfer has been submitted and processing has started, it usually cannot be cancelled. If the order fails or expires, the funds will be refunded according to the refund process.
What is the refund process?
If the order fails or expires, the funds will usually be refunded to the wallet address provided by the user. The arrival time depends on blockchain network congestion. Please note that the gas fee for the refund is paid by the user, so the final refund amount will be based on the actual amount received.
The BitMart account has funds, but the transaction cannot actually be initiated. What should I do?
Please make sure your Spot Account has sufficient balance.
What should I do if the payment fails?
You can contact customer service for further assistance.
What should I do if I entered the wrong recipient account?
If the account information is invalid, the transfer may fail and the funds may be refunded. If the transfer has already been successfully sent to a valid account, please contact customer service as soon as possible for further assistance.
